Nutrition is the key to a healthier you and should be the most important subject at school. People think that feeding takes a lot of effort and time. If you know where to look and what to change in your diet, your task will be much easier. Use the tips below to help you determine what you should add or take away from your current menu.

If you’re considering better nutrition, take advantage of what is free and in abundance. Treat oxygen as first nutrient allowing you to stay alive. Pay attention how to improve your breathing pattern, and then increase your water intake.

Water taste enhancers

The recent science tells that there are lots of goodness in every Vegetables’ waste. Put them every time to a jar of water. Let the goodness leak into the water to enrich and alkalize our drink.

Put a hint of honey or juice additionally too, or lemon to improve the taste. I recommend such practice to those who have trouble to gulp many glasses of water, or never feel the thirst. What I used to resist was drinking water. Then I stopped receiving the symptoms of thirst, until my recent experiments. Proteins and meats

We should consider carefully the meats and poultry we eat. Most are still laden with antibiotics and hormones, nitrites and nitrates–all detrimental to our health. Fortunately, in recent years, meats raised without these chemicals have become far more widely available to the general public. We can find them now at major supermarkets. The best source of proteins is Whey protein, which treats the body with all essential amino acids.

The issue of carbs I will address later. But be aware to avoid at least that white death called white bread, wheat flour. The extract from the birch tree, wonderful healing xylitol may be the replacement for sugar.

Vegs can make the day on its own; there are all nutrients in them. It is imperative to cut, crash them 20 min before consuming. That time allows many transformations to take place, which serves our body better. A lot of vegs can go quickly through a process of fermentation, which enhances their nutrient capacity and healing.

You can find intriguing changing the colours of food every separate day. With colours, you can address meridians and organs and emotional issues. Traditional Chinese Medicine has it as a vital insight into the state of a human being.

Nutrients and snacks cement family life

Be a good nutrition role model for your child. By inviting your children to physical activities, you can have great fun. My small son made a funny face after trying his first grapefruit. But I explained him the position of grapefruit in the family of fruits; Then I proceeded that grapefruit has to be bitter to keep its name. Otherwise, the other fruits would protest. And next, I suggested a little research if all of them would taste the same, as bitter as the first.

Indeed, all our grapefruits felt the same, but that’s why we should like them if they chose to grow big and taste different. Grapefruit of other taste would be very weird, kind of a rebel.

That pseudoscience helped my son to accept and like grapefruit before the end of the research. At the same time, his range of taste increased by strong citric or sour flavour.

We have to give children a broader explanation and make possible for them to understand and accept the reason why the untasty food serves you better.

Few more points

To improve the function of your liver, include plenty of tryptophan in your diet. Tryptophan is an amino acid that helps your body synthesise various proteins. It is essential to the production of niacin, which boosts liver health. Foods rich in tryptophan include salmon, turkey, and watercress. If you serve them in the evening meal, you will not have trouble to fall asleep as tryptophan can also reduce anxiety levels. Worth to mention here that very helpful for liver will be not expensive protective and detoxifying silymarin. You can buy it in any pharmacy.

As it is so important, I’ll repeat that you do drink lots of water each day. Sports drinks, sodas, coffee and even juices do not count toward this. Beverages contain lots of sugar and additives that may dehydrate your organism.

The above tips are simple insights to help you see differently on food and find out where you can improve your current diet. Nutrition doesn’t take too much effort on your part, especially if you plan out what you will eat ahead of time and be consistent in purchasing only healthy food, delivered by Nature.
